Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical end-to-end, covering strategy, metrics, roadmaps, priorities, and final delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs encompassing APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs involving correctness, operational speed, cost, reliability, regulatory demands, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory necessities into products, including KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing.
Implement AI solutions where they genuinely enhance results, supported by evaluations, safeguards, and human oversight.
Launch products while navigating external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partner financial rails.
Align engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance departments around unified product choices.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience, including the end-to-end ownership of complex technical products.
Solid technical foundation spanning system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
Demonstrated capability to work alongside engineers to review, challenge, and contribute to technical system designs.
Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or related regulated domains.
Sound product judgment for navigating difficult technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Practical experience building with LLMs or AI products with a focus on reliability and appropriate usage boundaries.
