Key Responsibilities

Own a product vertical end-to-end, managing strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, and delivery.
Shape technical designs with engineering teams covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs regarding correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory demands, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory requirements including KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing into products.
Apply artificial intelligence with appropriate evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight where it genuinely improves outcomes.
Manage product delivery around external dependencies like regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners.
Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance around product decisions and launch criteria.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
Ability to work closely with engineers to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs.
Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or another regulated and high-consequence product domain.
Product judgment to navigate technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Experience building with large language models or artificial intelligence products, including evaluation and reliability.

Nice to Have

Engineering or highly technical product background.
Background in building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Experience defining evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model-powered products.
