Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical completely, covering strategy, metrics, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs involving APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory needs, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory obligations like KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing into products.
Implement artificial intelligence solutions with proper safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight.
Launch products while navigating external dependencies, financial rails, and regulatory approvals.
Coordinate multiple departments including engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, and distributed systems.
Experience collaborating with engineers to review and challenge technical designs.
Background in regulated financial domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Strong product judgment to navigate technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Experience building products using large language models or artificial intelligence, including reliability and evaluation frameworks.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product management.
Experience launching zero-to-one consumer or financial technology products.
