Role Overview

Bjakcareer is hiring a Technical Product Lead to own a product vertical end-to-end for an AI stockbroking platform operating across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. The position requires managing the complete product lifecycle from initial strategy and technical design to delivery and launch. The professional in this role will balance AI integration with deterministic financial systems while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Own a product vertical end-to-end, covering strategy, metrics, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security, and scalability.
Evaluate trade-offs involving correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory demands, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory obligations into the product, including KYC, transaction monitoring, spending limits, privacy, and licensing.
Apply AI solutions with proper evaluation, safety guardrails, human oversight, and failure management.
Manage product rollouts around external constraints such as regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners.
Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
Experience collaborating closely with engineers to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs.
Background in a regulated, high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Product judgment to navigate technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability, and appropriate scoping.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product management.
Experience launching zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Experience creating evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-powered systems.
