Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical completely from strategy and metrics to execution and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs covering APIs, data architecture, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs involving system reliability, financial costs, regulatory mandates, and user experience.
Integrate compliance requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, and licensing directly into product features.
Deploy AI capabilities with necessary safeguards, evaluation frameworks, and human oversight mechanisms.
Coordinate product launches alongside external partners, financial rails, and regulatory bodies.
Align internal departments including design, engineering, finance, operations, and compliance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years working in product management with end-to-end ownership of complex technical products.
Deep understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, databases, and APIs.
Background collaborating closely with engineering teams to challenge and contribute to technical specifications.
Prior professional experience in regulated sectors such as banking, trading, payments, insurance, or remittance.
Practical experience building AI applications or working with large language models, including evaluation and safety measures.
