Role Overview

The Technical Product Lead owns a product vertical end-to-end within an AI-native financial platform. Responsibilities span strategy, metrics, roadmap planning, and technical execution. The role requires balancing deterministic financial systems with targeted artificial intelligence features while navigating strict regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Own a product vertical completely, managing strategy, metrics, roadmaps, and priorities.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, and security.
Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory needs, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory requirements including KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing into product features.
Implement artificial intelligence solutions with strict evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience handling complex technical products from conception to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, and distributed systems.
Background collaborating with engineering teams to review and challenge technical designs.
Professional background in regulated domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Experience developing applications utilizing large language models or artificial intelligence products.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product management.
Experience launching zero-to-one financial technology or consumer products.
Experience creating evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model products.
