Role Overview

Bjakcareer is hiring a Technical Product Lead to manage an end-to-end product vertical for an artificial intelligence stockbroking superapp. The position is remote and involves collaborating with an international team across multiple time zones. The role focuses on combining artificial intelligence with strict financial regulations, payment systems, and reliable software architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Direct a product vertical completely, handling the strategy, metric tracking, roadmap creation, priority setting, and final delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs covering application programming interfaces, data flows, ledgering, security, and scalability.
Balance competing factors like correctness, operational speed, cost, reliability, regulatory mandates, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory frameworks into the software, covering know-your-customer protocols, transaction monitoring, limits, licensing, and privacy.
Implement artificial intelligence solutions where they genuinely enhance user results, supported by proper safeguards and human oversight.
Coordinate across engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance departments for smooth product launches.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience, specifically leading complex technical products from initial strategy to production.
Solid technical foundation covering system architecture, application programming interfaces, databases, and distributed systems.
Proven ability to evaluate and challenge technical designs alongside software engineers.
Background in regulated high-consequence industries such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Experience developing artificial intelligence or large language model products, including reliability and evaluation methods.

Nice to Have

Background in software engineering or a highly technical product role.
Track record of creating zero-to-one consumer or financial technology products.
Experience designing evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model features.
