Role Overview

The Technical Product Lead position is a remote opportunity based in Ireland, focusing on building an artificial intelligence stockbroking superapp. The professional in this role will guide products across wealth, trading, insurance, remittance, and payments, ensuring reliability, regulatory compliance, and system security while utilizing artificial intelligence purposefully.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical completely from strategy, metrics, and roadmap to delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams on technical designs involving APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, and scalability.
Balance priorities such as correctness, speed, operational costs, regulatory constraints, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory standards including privacy, licensing, transaction monitoring, and KYC into the product.
Implement artificial intelligence solutions with proper safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight where appropriate.
Launch products while coordinating external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and Design.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from concept to production.
Technical foundation covering databases, APIs, system architecture, distributed systems, and failure modes.
Experience collaborating closely with engineers to review and challenge technical designs.
Background in regulated product domains like trading, banking, insurance, payments, or remittance.
Product judgment capabilities for navigating technical and operational constraints.
Experience constructing applications utilizing LLMs or artificial intelligence, featuring reliability and evaluation frameworks.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product development.
Experience creating zero-to-one consumer or fintech products.
Experience establishing evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model products.
