Role Overview

Bjakcareer is hiring a Technical Product Lead to own a product vertical end-to-end, spanning strategy, technical design, delivery, and launch. The role operates within an AI-native environment focused on building reliable financial applications for Southeast Asia, balancing deterministic system controls with practical AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

Own a complete product vertical, managing strategy, metrics, roadmaps, priorities, and execution.
Collaborate with engineering teams on technical designs covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs involving correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory demands, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing into product features.
Deploy AI solutions with appropriate evaluation metrics, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling.
Coordinate product launches around external dependencies, financial rails, and regulatory approvals.
Align cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from initial strategy to production.
Solid technical foundation encompassing system architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and failure modes.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate with engineers and evaluate technical designs.
Background in regulated high-consequence domains such as banking, payments, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Sound product judgment for navigating technical, operational, and regulatory limitations.
Practical experience building AI products or working with LLMs, including reliability and evaluation.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product roles.
Experience building consumer or fintech products from zero to one.
Experience establishing evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-driven features.
