Role Overview

The Technical Product Lead takes complete ownership of a product vertical, steering everything from initial strategy to technical delivery. Candidates coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across different global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical completely, covering strategy, outcome metrics, roadmaps, and execution.
Collaborate with engineering to define technical designs encompassing APIs, ledgering, data flows, security, and scalability.
Balance priorities involving financial correctness, operational speed, regulatory rules, and user experience.
Integrate compliance standards into the product, including privacy policies, transaction monitoring, and licensing.
Implement AI solutions with proper safety measures, oversight, and evaluation frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment across design, engineering, compliance, finance, and operations.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management background managing technical products through production lifecycles.
Technical background in distributed systems, databases, APIs, and system architecture.
Experience in regulated domains such as banking, insurance, payments, trading, or remittance.
Background handling LLMs or AI products with a focus on reliability and failure management.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product development.
Experience launching zero-to-one consumer or fintech products.
Experience creating evaluation frameworks specifically for machine learning or LLM-driven features.
