Role Overview

The Technical Product Lead takes ownership of a product vertical from strategy to launch. The position focuses on delivering reliable financial applications that handle real funds while integrating artificial intelligence features safely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical end-to-end, covering strategy, metrics, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering on technical designs regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs involving correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulations, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory compliance measures such as KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing.
Implement artificial intelligence solutions with proper safeguards, evaluation, and oversight.
Coordinate product delivery around external dependencies like financial rails, regulatory approvals, and third-party partners.
Align cross-functional groups including engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Five or more years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
Background in collaborating with engineers to review and contribute to technical designs.
Domain experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or regulated high-consequence industries.
Strong product judgment for handling trade-offs under regulatory and technical constraints.
Practical experience building with large language models or artificial intelligence products, including reliability and evaluation frameworks.

Nice to Have

Engineering or highly technical product background.
Experience launching zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Experience defining evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model-powered products.
