Role Overview

The Technical Product Lead position involves overseeing a specific product vertical from strategy and technical design to delivery and launch. The role focuses on developing an artificial intelligence neobank superapp that handles payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical completely, covering strategy, metrics, roadmaps, priorities, and final delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs concerning APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balance decisions involving correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory needs, and user experience.
Integrate compliance regulations such as KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing directly into the product.
Implement artificial intelligence features with proper evaluations, safeguards, and oversight mechanisms.
Navigate external dependencies including regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails.
Coordinate cross-functional groups like engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from conception to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and failure handling.
Direct collaboration experience with engineers to review and challenge technical designs.
Background in regulated financial domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Experience developing applications utilizing large language models or artificial intelligence products.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product roles.
Experience launching zero-to-one fintech or consumer goods.
Experience creating evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model applications.
