Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical end-to-end, defining strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering to shape technical designs involving APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balance correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulations, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing into products.
Implement AI solutions with proper evaluation, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling.
Navigate external dependencies including regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
Ability to collaborate with engineers and contribute to technical designs.
Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or related regulated domains.
Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation and reliability.

Nice to Have

Engineering or highly technical product background.
Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Experience defining evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-powered products.
