Role Overview

Bjakcareer is expanding its regional reach by building an artificial intelligence neobank platform that handles payments, remittance, insurance, wealth management, and trading. The Technical Product Lead takes complete ownership of a product vertical from initial strategy to launch. The role requires balancing regulatory compliance, financial accuracy, and dependable technical execution while integrating artificial intelligence where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

Direct a complete product vertical by managing strategy, performance metrics, roadmaps, prioritization, and release cycles.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical blueprints covering APIs, data pipelines, ledgers, error handling, security, and scalability.
Evaluate trade-offs involving transaction correctness, operational speed, expense management, reliability, adherence to regulations, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory necessities into systems such as identity verification, transaction oversight, privacy rules, and operational licensing.
Implement artificial intelligence solutions equipped with evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and oversight mechanisms.
Navigate external dependencies including regulatory authorizations, financial network rails, and third-party vendor integrations.
Coordinate cross-functional groups spanning engineering, user interface design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management background overseeing intricate technical products from planning to production.
Comprehensive technical knowledge regarding system architecture, application programming interfaces, database management, distributed networks, and failure modes.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate with software engineers and contribute directly to technical design discussions.
Background within regulated domains such as banking, payments, money transfer, insurance, trading, or related high-stakes sectors.
Strong product decision-making skills under complex regulatory and operational boundaries.
Practical background deploying large language models or artificial intelligence features while recognizing system limitations.

Nice to Have

Background in software engineering or highly technical product development.
Prior history launching fintech or consumer products from inception.
Experience designing evaluation frameworks tailored for machine learning or large language model applications.
