Role Overview

The Technical Product Lead position requires driving an AI neobank superapp vertical focused on payments, insurance, wealth, and trading. The role operates within a distributed global team structure supporting remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Own a product vertical end-to-end encompassing strategy, metrics, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery.
Shape technical designs with engineering teams covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security, and scalability.
Drive trade-offs concerning correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory mandates into products, including KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing.
Apply AI effectively where it enhances outcomes, maintaining clear evaluation, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling.
Ship products factoring in external dependencies such as regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners.
Align engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance around product decisions and launch requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience managing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
Experience collaborating with engineers to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs.
Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or related regulated and high-consequence domains.
Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability, and understanding system limitations.

Nice to Have

Engineering or highly technical product background.
Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Experience defining evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-powered products.
