Key Responsibilities

Own a complete product vertical from initial strategy and metrics to final delivery and launch.
Shape technical designs with engineering teams regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, and scalability.
Manage trade-offs involving cost, speed, reliability, regulatory demands, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing into products.
Implement artificial intelligence with proper safeguards, evaluation, and oversight.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
Background in regulated domains such as banking, payments, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Experience developing products utilizing large language models or artificial intelligence.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product development.
