Balance decisions regarding correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulations, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory compliance rules into products, handling KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing.
Implement AI solutions with proper evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight where it genuinely improves results.
Coordinate product launches while navigating external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails.
Facilitate alignment across engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance teams.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
Background collaborating closely with engineers to challenge and contribute to technical designs.
Professional background in a regulated or high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Product judgment to navigate technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Practical experience building with LLMs or AI products, including reliability and evaluation frameworks.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product management.
Experience launching zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
