Role Overview

Bjakcareer is building an artificial intelligence investing superapp that handles payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. The Technical Product Lead takes complete ownership of a product vertical, guiding it from initial strategy through technical design, delivery, and launch. The position requires balancing reliability, regulatory compliance, and third-party financial systems while integrating artificial intelligence where it genuinely adds value.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical end-to-end, covering strategy, metrics, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs involving APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs regarding system correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulations, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing into products.
Implement artificial intelligence with proper evaluation methods, safeguards, and human oversight.
Coordinate product shipping around external constraints like regulatory approvals and financial rails.
Align cross-functional groups including engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of complex technical products.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, and distributed systems.
Ability to work closely with engineering teams to challenge and contribute to technical designs.
Background in a regulated, high-consequence domain like payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Product judgment to navigate technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Experience building with large language models or artificial intelligence products, including reliability and evaluation.
Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product management.
Experience creating zero-to-one financial technology or consumer products.
Experience establishing evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model applications.
