Role Overview

The Technical Product Lead drives a product vertical from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery, and launch. The role focuses on building a reliable AI Investing Superapp that handles real money while meeting strict regulatory standards and integrating third-party financial rails.

Key Responsibilities

Own a product vertical end-to-end, covering strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, and delivery.
Shape technical designs alongside engineering regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs involving correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory necessities into the product, including KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing.
Apply AI strategically where it enhances outcomes, maintaining clear evaluation, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling.
Ship products while navigating external constraints such as regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners.
Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance around product decisions and launch criteria.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products from strategy to production.
Solid technical foundation encompassing system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
Experience collaborating closely with engineers to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs.
Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or a similarly regulated and high-consequence product domain.
Sound product judgment to navigate difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Experience building products using LLMs or AI, featuring evaluation, reliability, and appropriate scoping of AI usage.

Nice to Have

Engineering or a deeply technical product background.
Experience launching zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Experience defining evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-driven products.
