Role Overview

Bjakcareer is developing an AI Investing Superapp covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. The Technical Product Lead manages a product vertical from initial strategy and technical design to delivery and launch. The position requires balancing AI implementation with deterministic systems to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical completely from strategy, metrics, and roadmaps to final delivery.
Collaborate with engineering on technical designs involving APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balance priorities such as correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulations, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory compliance rules like KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing into products.
Implement AI solutions with appropriate safeguards, evaluations, and human oversight where appropriate.
Coordinate product releases around external financial rails, regulatory approvals, and third-party partners.
Synchronize cross-functional groups including engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products through production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, and distributed systems.
Background collaborating with engineers to review and challenge technical designs.
Working history in regulated domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Product judgment for making trade-offs under operational, technical, and regulatory constraints.
Practical experience building AI products or working with LLMs while understanding system limitations.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product roles.
Track record building zero-to-one consumer products or fintech applications.
Experience establishing evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-powered features.
