Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Managing a product vertical completely from strategy and metric definition to delivery and launch.
Collaborating with engineering teams on technical designs covering APIs, security, data flows, and scalability.
Integrating regulatory requirements such as privacy, licensing, transaction monitoring, and KYC directly into products.
Implementing artificial intelligence capabilities only where they enhance outcomes, maintaining rigorous safeguards and evaluations.
Coordinating cross-functional teams including compliance, finance, operations, engineering, and design.

Requirements

Five or more years of product management experience managing complex technical products through production.
Technical foundation spanning distributed systems, databases, APIs, and system architecture.
Background in regulated domains like banking, payments, trading, insurance, or remittance.
Experience deploying artificial intelligence or large language model products with a focus on reliability and evaluation.
Strong English communication skills for collaborating in a distributed global environment.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product roles.
Experience launching zero-to-one consumer or financial technology products.
