Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical entirely, covering strategy, outcome metrics, priority planning, and final delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs addressing APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs involving correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory needs, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory obligations into the product, including know-your-customer protocols, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing.
Implement artificial intelligence solutions where appropriate, supported by evaluation methods, safeguards, and failure handling.
Coordinate cross-functional groups including engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical background spanning system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, and distributed systems.
Background working alongside engineers to evaluate and contribute to technical designs.
Domain knowledge in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or related regulated sectors.
Experience constructing applications utilizing large language models or artificial intelligence with proper evaluation and reliability standards.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product roles.
Experience launching zero-to-one financial technology or consumer applications.
Experience creating evaluation frameworks tailored for machine learning or large language model applications.
