Key Responsibilities

Owns a product vertical end-to-end, managing strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, and delivery.
Shapes technical design with engineering teams covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security, and scalability.
Balances trade-offs involving correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory needs, and user experience.
Integrates regulatory requirements into the product for KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing.
Applies artificial intelligence with proper evaluation, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling.
Ships products while navigating external dependencies like regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners.
Coordinates Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance around product decisions and launch requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
Experience collaborating closely with engineers to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs.
Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or a similarly regulated, high-consequence domain.
Product judgment to manage difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Experience building with large language models or artificial intelligence products, focusing on evaluation, reliability, and appropriate usage boundaries.

Nice to Have

Engineering or highly technical product background.
Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Experience defining evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model-powered products.
