Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Direct a product vertical end-to-end, covering strategy, metrics, roadmaps, priorities, and final delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs concerning APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory needs, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory mandates into the system regarding KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing.
Apply artificial intelligence tools appropriately with defined evaluation, safeguards, human oversight, and failure procedures.
Coordinate product deployment around external constraints such as regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners.
Align departments including engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience managing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
Ability to work closely with engineers to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs.
Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or related regulated domains.
Experience building with LLMs or artificial intelligence products, incorporating evaluation, reliability, and boundary setting.
Strong English communication skills for collaborating across global time zones.

Experience creating zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
