Role Overview

The Technical Product Lead owns a designated product vertical across the AI Finance Superapp from start to finish. This position directs overall strategy, metric tracking, roadmaps, technical design, delivery, and launch. The role operates within a hybrid setup requiring attendance at the local office for a minimum of three days each week, with remote flexibility for the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities

Direct an entire product vertical through strategy, metrics definition, roadmap creation, priority setting, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering to shape technical architecture covering APIs, data flows, ledgers, reconciliation processes, security, and scalability.
Balance competing priorities including system correctness, execution speed, financial costs, reliability, regulatory mandates, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory obligations into the product, addressing KYC protocols, transaction monitoring, operational limits, user privacy, and licensing.
Implement artificial intelligence solutions equipped with evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, oversight mechanisms, and failure handlers.
Navigate external dependencies such as regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners during product shipment.
Coordinate cross-functional groups including engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience covering complex technical products from initial strategy to production.
Technical background encompassing system architecture, application programming interfaces, databases, workflows, and distributed systems.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs.
Background in regulated domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Sound product judgment for navigating technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Practical experience building with large language models or artificial intelligence products, including evaluation and reliability standards.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product management.
Track record of creating zero-to-one fintech or consumer applications.
Experience defining evaluation frameworks specifically for machine learning or LLM-driven features.
