Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage a complete product vertical end-to-end, covering the roadmap, priorities, metrics, strategy, and final delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs addressing APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, reconciliation, failure handling, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs involving cost, correctness, speed, reliability, user experience, and regulatory compliance.
Integrate regulatory obligations into product architecture for transaction monitoring, privacy, KYC, limits, and licensing.
Implement artificial intelligence solutions equipped with clear safeguards, evaluation metrics, failure handling, and human oversight.
Navigate external dependencies including financial rails, regulatory approvals, and third-party partners during product shipping.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Engineering, Design, Treasury, Compliance, and Operations around launch requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience managing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering databases, system architecture, APIs, distributed systems, workflows, and failure modes.
Practical experience collaborating with engineers to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs.
Background in regulated product domains such as banking, payments, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Experience developing applications utilizing large language models or artificial intelligence, with knowledge of evaluation, reliability, and appropriate scoping.
Strong English communication skills for working within global distributed teams.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product development.
Experience launching zero-to-one consumer or fintech products.
