Role Overview

Bjakcareer is constructing an artificial intelligence finance super application across wealth, payments, remittance, insurance, and trading. The Technical Product Lead manages a complete product vertical from initial strategy and technical design to delivery and launch. The position requires balancing regulatory compliance, financial rails, and artificial intelligence integration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical end-to-end, covering roadmap, metrics, priorities, strategy, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering on technical designs involving APIs, security, scalability, data flows, ledgering, and failure handling.
Balance trade-offs between cost, speed, correctness, reliability, user experience, and regulatory constraints.
Incorporate regulatory standards for privacy, transaction monitoring, licensing, limits, and customer identification into the product.
Integrate artificial intelligence with appropriate evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight where it genuinely enhances results.
Ship products while coordinating external dependencies such as financial rails, regulatory approvals, and third-party partners.
Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, finance, treasury, operations, compliance, and design around product choices.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering databases, system architecture, APIs, distributed systems, failure modes, and workflows.
Background in reviewing and contributing to technical designs alongside engineering teams.
Experience in a regulated domain such as banking, payments, insurance, trading, remittance, or similar fields.
Practical experience developing artificial intelligence or large language model products with a focus on reliability and evaluation.
Strong English communication skills for collaborating within a distributed international team.

Nice to Have

Highly technical product or engineering background.
Background in creating zero-to-one consumer or fintech products.
Experience establishing evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model applications.
