The Technical Manager will lead an agile engineering team by driving technical strategy, architectural direction, and hands-on execution. The person in this role collaborates with cross-functional leadership, product managers, and clients to oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of scalable applications.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team of full-stack and cloud engineers while fostering accountability and technical excellence.
- Drive the technical vision and engineering roadmap for core AI product offerings to align with strategic business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications powered by cloud environments and machine learning models.
- Collaborate directly with product managers, UX designers, and senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical deliverable milestones.
- Enforce engineering best practices, CI/CD automation pipelines, secure cloud operations, and rigorous code reviews to maintain application reliability.
What you need
- Proven experience in technical leadership, management, or software team lead roles overseeing cloud-native full-stack solutions.
- Strong hands-on background in full-stack application development using modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.js alongside backend services such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud services architecture across AWS, GCP, or Azure for building scalable and secure product platforms.
- Practical understanding of AI integrations, machine learning pipeline execution, or working with leading LLM APIs and open-source models.
- Strong technical governance experience across code quality, agile delivery methodologies, rapid prototyping, and architectural decision-making.
- Fluent in English and conversational in Mandarin or Cantonese languages.
Nice to have
- Experience designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI, MLOps, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
