This AI Solution Engineer role exists to oversee the entire concept-to-production pipeline using modern full-stack frameworks and AI design tools. Candidates should specialize in the early stages of development, from concept to prototype, while bridging design systems with AI workflows. A successful individual will combine deep technical foundations with strategic leadership to guide high-performance development teams.

What you will do
- Direct the adoption of AI design tools to compress the development lifecycle from weeks to days without sacrificing quality.
- Define and enforce technical standards for production-ready full-stack applications to ensure scalability, performance, and accessibility.
- Lead the integration of Figma-based design systems with AI-driven development for seamless automated handoff processes.
- Manage ticket-driven workflows in Jira while optimizing team velocity and maintaining technical documentation.
- Collaborate across Strategy, Creative, and Technology departments to ensure solutions meet complex business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of robust backend services, secure authentication frameworks, and RESTful APIs.
What you need
- Bring six to ten plus years of experience in full-stack development, including at least three years in a management capacity.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of implementing AI design tools and workflow automation within a professional engineering team.
- Possess deep expertise in modern frameworks such as React, Vue, and Nuxt, alongside TypeScript and backend languages including Python, PHP, and NodeJS.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of design systems, design tokens, and Tailwind CSS frameworks for brand consistency.
- Show a comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms, deployment workflows, enterprise security patterns, and database management.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating leadership of complex, full-stack applications built using AI-augmented methodologies.
