About this role
Data center expansion requires hands-on infrastructure delivery and stringent availability standards to support rapidly growing cloud operations. CoreWeave needs a Technical Deployment Lead to drive the physical rollout and operational reliability of data centers across the U.S. and Canada within the Tiger Team.
The person in this role will handle nationwide travel to build and deploy new sites, execute hardware diagnostics, and establish global data center standards. Daily duties involve troubleshooting networks, conducting root cause analysis, training internal teams, and performing quality assurance audits.

What you will do
- Travel nationwide to data centers to build and deploy both new and ongoing sites.
- Implement and document a global data center standard across facilities.
- Troubleshoot hardware and networks while conducting root cause analysis of failures.
- Train internal teams and perform on-site audits through a set QA/QC process.
- Provide technical support to global data center teams and develop tools and scripts for hardware updates.
- Perform maintenance on test and tools equipment while offering follow-up project support.
What you need
- Bring hands-on experience in troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the Linux operating system.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of best practices for cable management and hardware orientation.
- Communicate effectively to collaborate seamlessly with network engineers and project managers.
- Manage time efficiently and take full ownership of projects to meet demanding deadlines.
- Remain flexible to travel up to 60% of the time and work in a 24/7 operational environment.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $102,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
