Dataiku is hiring a Technical Account Manager to support strategic clients in Paris or remotely across France. This role is ideal for an experienced technical architect who thrives on managing customer relationships and solving complex enterprise AI challenges.

Role Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, the individual operates as a highly experienced architect supporting a small portfolio of strategic clients. The role requires balancing high-level boardroom discussions with a client CTO while maintaining hands-on command-line capabilities with client administrators. The professional serves as the primary technical advisor, managing account strategies and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with customers and internal account teams to establish short- and long-term engagement priorities and execution plans.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to track project milestones, deliver status reports, and mitigate potential project risks.
Provide hands-on guidance and technical support covering platform architecture, deployment, operations, upgrades, and security best practices.
Assist organizations in integrating the product into existing enterprise systems and resolve technical hurdles.
Relay client feedback and feature requests directly to product and engineering divisions.
Guide technology leaders on long-term architecture strategies and advanced use cases including edge computing and deep learning.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical position.
Professional fluency in both French and English languages.
Proven expertise in client relationship management and communication.
Background handling both pre-sales and post-sales client engagements.
Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and networking concepts.
Direct experience utilizing identity and access management tools like LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, and IAM.
Hands-on operational background with major cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Practical experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem covering configuration, management, troubleshooting, and tuning.
Familiarity with Spark or Hadoop ecosystems.

Nice to Have

Practical experience utilizing Python.
Working knowledge of data-science methodologies.
Foundational comprehension of Java.
Familiarity with MLOps methodologies and associated tooling.
