Role Overview

Dataiku is hiring a Technical Account Manager to join the Field Engineering department in the United Kingdom, with options for remote work or a presence in London. This role suits an experienced architect with strong interpersonal and technical skills who can support a small portfolio of strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with customers and internal account teams to establish short and long-term priorities and engagement plans.
Track project milestones alongside Customer Success Managers, deliver status updates, and manage technical risks.
Serve as the main technical advisor for client teams, offering guidance on Dataiku platform architecture, deployments, security, and upgrades.
Assist organizations with product integration, system troubleshooting, and scaling strategies.
Share client feedback with Product and Engineering teams to influence future developments.
Advise technology leaders on complementary technologies, MLOps, deep learning, and long-term strategy.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical capacity.
Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management capabilities.
Background supporting both pre-sales and post-sales client engagements.
Practical knowledge of Linux system administration and networking concepts.
Experience working with identity and access management tools such as LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, and IAM.
Hands-on experience utilizing major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Practical background working with the Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, management, and tuning.
Familiarity with the Spark and/or Hadoop ecosystems.

Nice to Have

Practical experience using Python.
Knowledge of data-science methodologies.
Foundational experience using Java.
Familiarity with MLOps tooling and practices.
