Key Responsibilities

Evaluate simulation test results to actively drive release and safety decisions.
Collaborate independently with cross-functional teams to design software and system requirements.
Lead team code quality initiatives, including thorough design and code reviews.
Translate complex analytical findings and model performance metrics into clear visualizations and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Offer ongoing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Math, or a related quantitative field.
Bring 10 or more years of hands-on professional experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer with an emphasis on algorithmic design and deep learning.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and analytical tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.
Show expertise in databases for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data.
Possess proven experience building and managing large datasets and evaluations, alongside hands-on capability in architecting and training complex predictive machine learning models.
Have prior experience supporting and mentoring junior engineers.

Nice to Have

Background experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, physics, or related fields.
Hands-on experience working specifically with simulation data.
