Glean needs a dedicated Talent Sourcer on a six-month contract to support the GTM Recruiting team by identifying, engaging, and assessing qualified professionals for sales, business development, customer success, and partnerships. Operating from Bangalore, this remote team member will manage night-shift coverage aligned to US Eastern Time to keep hiring velocity high for commercial teams.
Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, this contractor will build targeted sourcing strategies and utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to find relevant talent in the B2B SaaS and AI sectors. The position involves conducting initial outreach, reviewing resumes, and maintaining accurate pipeline data in the applicant tracking system while collaborating across time zones. Ideal candidates bring prior experience sourcing for commercial functions, strong organizational habits, and comfort with unconventional hours.
What you will do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies for US GTM positions.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for US sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, and other GTM roles.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, resume reviews, and qualification screens while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback accurately in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with the broader Recruiting team across time zones and support US hiring priorities during EST night-shift hours.
- Stay current on US talent markets, competitor organizations, and relevant B2B SaaS and AI industry trends.
What you need
- Bring 2 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably supporting US GTM or commercial hiring.
- Demonstrate experience recruiting for or sourcing talent within the B2B SaaS, software, cloud, technology, or AI industry.
- Showcase a demonstrated ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to engage US-based candidates effectively through outreach and screening conversations.
- Remain highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple searches, priorities, and candidate pipelines independently.
- Commit to working remotely and during night-shift hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST to support US GTM hiring.
