Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Go-to-Market roles, covering the entire process from sourcing to onboarding.
Proactively source top-tier talent for sales development representatives, account executives, and sales managers.
Handle recruitment for marketing and additional business positions as the organization scales.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish effective interview processes, hiring strategies, and final selection decisions.
Maintain an exceptional candidate journey by offering prompt and transparent communication.
Construct proactive talent pipelines for essential commercial positions before vacancies officially open.
Test and implement new sourcing strategies to continuously refine the recruitment engine.

Requirements

Bring at least two years of experience in recruiting commercial talent within a startup or scale-up business environment.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the profiles required for successful sales development representatives, account executives, and sales leaders.
Show a passion for active sourcing and outbound recruitment methods.
Value personal ownership and agility over rigid corporate processes.
Maintain high hiring standards while moving quickly.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with fast-paced sales motions or previous direct work experience in sales.
