The Superintendent - Field Services position at Crusoe is a full-time remote role based in the US, suited for an experienced Master Electrician looking to lead electrical operations for advanced AI infrastructure. This position involves overseeing electrical system reliability, safety, and manufacturing efficiency across various project locations with up to 100% travel.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the installation of complex electrical systems in manufactured buildings to ensure code and specification compliance.
Diagnosing and resolving electrical problems to implement effective solutions.
Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems to guarantee long-term reliability.
Ensuring all electrical work adheres to relevant codes and regulations by conducting thorough inspections.
Interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints to create detailed project plans.
Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to other electricians for professional growth.
Championing a strong safety culture and maintaining strict adherence to OSHA guidelines.
Managing electrical projects through careful planning, resource allocation, and timeline control.
Requirements
Possess a valid and current Master Electrician license.
Demonstrate significant professional experience as a Journeyman and Master Electrician.
Exhibit advanced proficiency with a wide range of electrician tools, techniques, and testing equipment.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current electrical codes and regulations.
Demonstrate proven leadership abilities to guide and train team members.
Display exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for complex electrical challenges.
Meet the physical demands of the job, which include lifting, bending, and working in various positions.
