Role Overview
As a Staff Software Engineer at Quorum, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of features that serve thousands of global clients. You will bridge the gap between complex datasets and intuitive user experiences by leveraging AI to automate administrative tasks in public affairs. During your first week, you will ship your initial piece of code to production. Within your first month, you will work across the entire stack, spanning infrastructure, APIs, and the user interface. After six months, you will take full ownership of a feature set and make critical technical decisions impacting the global client base. By your first year, you will guide the broader technical team on architectural decisions and company growth.
