Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Seven or more years of professional experience building and operating production machine learning systems.

Expertise in developing and productionizing models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming using Python and Golang, including testing and monitoring.
Experience designing and scaling data pipelines, feature engineering, and model training infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills for translating product needs into scalable technical solutions.

Nice to Have

Subject matter expertise in recommender systems, search systems, or natural language understanding.
Familiarity with distributed systems and data processing tools such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and Redis.
Experience working within real-time, low-latency production environments.
Practical background in generative artificial intelligence techniques, including fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation.
Strong experimentation rigor with experience in offline and online correlations.
