Build high-performance inference setups focused on minimizing latency and cost while maximizing GPU utilization, memory efficiency, and reliability.
Construct robust data pipelines supporting both real-world and synthetic training sets.
Set up dependable production infrastructure to monitor, deploy, and iteratively improve models.
Collaborate directly with research and application teams to translate model features into tangible product enhancements.
Evaluate technical trade-offs and iterate quickly based on real-world metrics.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of building and launching production-grade machine learning systems rather than solely research prototypes.
Deep familiarity with contemporary large-model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference methodologies.
Solid foundations in software engineering and systems design.
Practical background in running machine learning workloads at scale, particularly involving GPU-based configurations.
