Build high-performance inference systems focused on optimizing latency, GPU utilization, memory, cost, and reliability.
Establish data pipelines and systems for gathering high-quality real-world and synthetic training data.
Set up dependable production infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and continuously improve models.
Collaborate with research and application engineering teams to translate model capabilities into product updates.
Make pragmatic technical trade-offs and iterate rapidly based on real-world performance metrics.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience building and shipping machine learning systems for production use rather than just research prototypes.
Solid understanding of modern large-model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference techniques.
Strong software engineering and foundational systems knowledge.
Background in operating machine learning workloads at scale, specifically GPU-based systems.
Sound technical judgment with the ability to solve ambiguous problems independently.
Bias toward experimentation, measurement, and shipping code.
