Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end machine learning infrastructure, covering data handling, training, evaluation, inference, and deployment.
Construct and develop training and fine-tuning workflows for large models.
Create evaluation frameworks to track capability, safety, robustness, and real-world application performance.
Architect high-performance inference systems to optimize latency, hardware utilization, memory, cost, and dependability.
Develop data pipelines and systems for gathering real-world and synthetic training data.
Establish robust production infrastructure for continuous model monitoring, deployment, and enhancement.
Collaborate with research and engineering groups to translate model capabilities into user-facing features.
Execute pragmatic technical choices and iterate quickly using real-world performance metrics.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience deploying and shipping production-grade machine learning systems rather than research prototypes.
