Key Responsibilities

Run the integrated business planning and S&OP cycle from end to end, covering demand review, supply review, reconciliation, and executive decision forums.
Maintain a live model of binding constraints like silicon allocation, supplier lead times, and deployment labor to drive mitigations.
Own the prioritization and trade-off framework for allocation and arbitration when supply falls short of demand.
Design and execute the operating calendar that synchronizes Cloud Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, Product, and Finance.
Translate contracts, backlog, and growth into resource-level forecasts, tracking attach ratios and forecast accuracy.
Interface directly with Finance and Product to build demand capex and opex forecasts derived from the capacity plan.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in infrastructure capacity planning, IBP/S&OP, supply and demand planning, systems engineering, or technical program management.
Technical fluency across compute, storage, network, accelerated computing, and data center power, space, and cooling constraints.
Practical experience with supplier lead times, allocation, buffer strategy, and turning plans into committed purchase orders.
Comfort operating in capex and opex terms, building demand-driven capital forecasts for Finance and leadership.
Expert-level financial and quantitative modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets to build structured, versioned, and auditable models.
Prior experience working inside high-growth public cloud environments or massively distributed systems.
Exceptional communication and influence skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Nice to Have

Experience establishing an S&OP or integrated business planning function entirely from scratch.
Background building or defining foundational product requirements for custom in-house capacity modeling, planning, or provisioning software.
