Defense is seeking a full-time Staff Field Solutions Engineer for the Sales Solutions Engineering department located in Washington, D.C. This position acts as a vital customer-facing technical expert dedicated to supporting technical sales, client engagements, live demonstrations, and capture initiatives for the Hivemind autonomy platform.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical expert for Hivemind, communicating how advanced autonomy resolves operational challenges for security and defense clients.
Translate specific customer mission needs, operational constraints, and platform integration factors into credible, technically viable solution concepts.
Lead and support client discovery sessions, technical presentations, live demonstrations, requests for information, requests for proposals, and white papers.
Facilitate technical interchange meetings and collaborate on client-specific solution development to improve mission outcomes and force structure integration.

Requirements

Strong communication skills paired with deep technical credibility and a commitment to product truth.
Ability to effectively connect autonomy capabilities to real-world missions across diverse operational environments.
Experience in translating concepts of operations and customer requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
