Integrate machine learning and reinforcement learning techniques where appropriate for operational challenges.
Ship customer-facing features across the Command Center Insights & Alerts stack, including control plane APIs and alert rule engines.
Collaborate across departments with product teams to shape requirements and partner with data science specialists to validate models.
Provide technical mentorship to engineers through code reviews, architectural feedback, and hiring support.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience shipping production software.
Deep background in anomaly detection, heuristics-based rule engines, or machine and reinforcement learning applied to infrastructure.
Strong capability in threshold and signal calibration, with a solid grasp of precision and recall trade-offs.
Solid foundations in distributed systems and building reliable backend architectures.
Fluency in data and observability, including telemetry pipelines and time-series data.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex system behavior to technical and non-technical partners.

Nice to Have

Practical experience with GPU profiling tools such as Nsight or NCCL Inspector, as well as hardware-level infrastructure diagnostics.
