As a Staff Analyst based in Bangalore, the chosen individual contributor will sit squarely at the intersection of product mechanics, data science, and operational strategy. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to solve unstructured data puzzles, flagging macro financial risks, and defining behavioral milestones that turn new agents into long-term platform advocates.
What you will do
- Serve as an analytics thought partner for the Partnerships leadership team to drive strategic decisions regarding agent acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Track and evaluate the agent-facing platform experience while defining precision usability metrics for new product features.
- Build diagnostic data models to analyze, track, and mitigate backend financial exposure and operational risk.
- Isolate critical growth levers across the agent journey to define onboarding metrics that support platform retention and revenue generation.
- Manage performance frameworks and monitor conversion steps for emerging annuities business lines using a D2C funnel approach.
- Collaborate with data engineers to maintain scalable business logic and deploy clean tracking dashboards for self-service analytics.
- Build, test, and integrate generative AI tools to automate internal analytics processes and maximize delivery speed.
- Provide guidance and peer code reviews to distributed junior analytics resources across global offices.
What you need
- Bring five to eight years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, data science, or analytically intensive individual contributor roles.
- Demonstrate non-negotiable expert knowledge of SQL for handling complex datasets.
- Leverage modern Large Language Models within daily workflows to streamline writing, debug calculations, and automate personal efficiency.
- Exhibit exceptional talent for navigating ambiguous situations and organizing disparate facts into clear corporate narratives.
- Possess superior written and verbal communication skills for presenting analytical summaries to the corporate C-suite and Board of Directors.
