Key Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize AI training and inference workloads across distributed systems.
Lead complex performance workstreams spanning hardware and software.
Identify bottlenecks, validate improvements, and translate performance data into engineering decisions.
Build benchmarks, profile demanding workloads, and create C++ and Python analysis tools.
Provide recommendations to improve system efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

Strong background in profiling and optimizing machine learning, AI, or high-performance computing workloads.
Familiarity with distributed systems and communication libraries such as UCX, MPI, NCCL, or libfabric.
Proficiency in C++ and Python, including experience with performance-sensitive software or reliable tools.
Understanding of compute, memory, and communication dynamics in large-scale systems.
Capability to lead technical investigations and coordinate cross-team improvements.
Knowledge of MLPerf, accelerated architectures, high-performance interconnects, or ML frameworks.
