Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to spot high-impact artificial intelligence and machine learning opportunities.
Prototype and productionize intelligent systems that deliver seamless user interactions, including natural language interfaces, agentic workflows, and recommendation engines.
Develop and scale robust infrastructure that supports both internal tools and customer-facing features.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Bring ten or more years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade artificial intelligence and machine learning systems.
Possess deep knowledge covering machine learning, deep learning, and applied artificial intelligence.
Demonstrate experience managing the full machine learning lifecycle, from data curation through training, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
Show a proven track record of shipping complex solutions like recommendations, search tools, or machine translation.
Maintain experience adapting or training foundation models, including language or multimodal models, for novel domains.

Nice to Have

Practical experience building autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, and utilizing tools.
Familiarity navigating cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
