Role Overview

Databricks is seeking a technical authority to manage top-tier client accounts in Singapore. The professional in this role will act as a primary technical advisor, handling large-scale migrations, real-time systems, and AI initiatives while collaborating with various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Shape consumption strategies and direct technical execution for major customer accounts to expand platform usage.
Guide leadership teams on enterprise data and artificial intelligence planning.
Oversee intricate architectural designs, including multi-workload setups and streaming infrastructure.
Guide less experienced team members and share technical knowledge across the region.
Build competitive displacement plans against rival platforms.
Coordinate internal units such as product teams and partners to deliver enterprise deployments.

Requirements

Minimum of eight years of background in solutions architecture, technical sales leadership, principal engineering, or customer-facing technical functions.
Advanced programming fluency in Python, SQL, and Spark or PySpark.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise data systems, lakehouse architecture, data governance, and cloud environments.
Professional fluency in Mandarin alongside direct operational history within the Greater China Region.
Bachelor or Master degree in a quantitative discipline like Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical background.

Nice to Have

Official Databricks certifications.
Prior tenure at Databricks, AWS, Google, Microsoft, Snowflake, or similar data and AI organizations.
Publicly shared technical content, conference presentations, or open-source contributions.
Sector-specific domain expertise with executive credibility.
