What you will do
- Develop customer engagement strategies alongside Account Executives within a designated territory.
- Coach junior Solutions Architects and internal teams regarding use case prioritization and technical champion development.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels during complex engagements involving the wider cloud ecosystem and third-party applications.
- Act as a trusted advisor and expert solution architect for data analytics architecture, design, and platform adoption.
- Contribute to the technical community by authoring customer-facing collateral and leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
What you need
- Demonstrated experience managing complex customer interactions and the technical pre-sales lifecycle.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers and C-level executives to secure customer success.
- Prior coding experience in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Willingness to learn a base level of Spark.
- Hands-on expertise conducting complex proofs-of-concept and working with public cloud platforms.
- Capability to engineer technical solutions for specialized customer needs while navigating competitive markets.
