Leading a high-performing group of pre-sales Solutions Architects requires guiding staff through technical intricacies, identifying key use cases, and building compelling proof of concepts. The Solutions Architect Senior Manager reports to the Field Engineering Leader for Healthcare Provider Organizations and focuses on driving growth and multi-product adoption across accounts of varying size and total addressable market. Team leadership, sales collaboration, and successful implementation of enterprise software, big data, analytics, data engineering, and data science solutions form the core of daily operations.

What you will do
- Hire, train, and nurture a team of Solutions Architects while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Empower staff to navigate technical intricacies, identify key use cases, and build compelling proof of concepts.
- Drive regional sales targets by guiding the team in qualifying use cases and demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Establish the team as trusted advisors throughout the entire customer life-cycle.
- Lead technical qualifications, proof of concepts, architecture discussions, product demonstrations, and implementation plans.
- Ensure customer success by delivering value and collaborating with partners, sales, and go-to-market teams.
What you need
- Bring five or more years of experience in the data space with a technical product such as data warehousing, big data, or machine learning.
- Possess five or more years of experience leading technical teams, preferably within a pre-sales organization.
- Demonstrate a track record of exceeding annual quotas and building strategic accounts.
- Show proven experience as a trusted advisor to technical executives for strategic data infrastructure decisions.
- Demonstrate a history of hiring, training, and promoting qualified candidates for organizational success.
- Build positive team morale and establish effective working relationships with internal partners.

The expected base salary range varies by location zone, with Zone 1 ranging from $192,100 to $264,175 USD, and Zones 2, 3, and 4 ranging from $192,100 to $264,100 USD. Actual compensation packages are based on factors like job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, and work location.
